What the Service Provides
The core offering handles four problems that agent developers consistently identify as the most difficult to solve in production: tool call reliability, context management across long-running sessions, agent state persistence when tasks span hours or days, and graceful degradation when subtasks fail. Each of these has workarounds in the current ecosystem — LangChain handles some orchestration, various vector databases handle memory, custom monitoring handles failures — but the workarounds require significant engineering investment to stitch together into a production-grade system.
